My recent venue specific irritations:

Overstock- a buyer who bought a $2.49 toy truck and didn't pay until after an NPB was filed.  This one was realllllllly irritating because A. the buyer is a Platinum Power Seller on eBay and should have been able to come up with the fr_k'n money for a under $3 toy, and B. the buyer was only buying because he wanted to build up his feedback before he started selling on O.
