PayPal Adds New Options to Complaint Process
Just had a customer file a non-receipt of item dispute through PayPal (joy!). I noticed when clicking through to resolve the issue, there are new options to choose from:
Quote:Issue the buyer a full refund. It's been about 6 months since I had a filer, so I'm not sure when this changed. I'm glad they finally have more options besides refund, or already shipped with tracking. It's about time. I can finally choose "Disagree with claim."

I want the wording changed to Disagree with claim. Buyer is a thief.
