On the "Is WP worth $9.95" thread: Quote:xxx 03 Aug 2007 00:32 WOW! Did that bring you to Power Pooper status?
It is pretty sad when one is bragging about a sale of $40. Now was that after you minused WP's fees, paypal fees, how much you paid for the item, your time....... WP really has become just soooo sad....and boring....... |

WP really has become just soooo sad....and boring.......
Yes, it is sad. This seller has been registered since January with evidence of $150 in gross sale (including the recent $40 sale) during that time. So, NOT counting PayPal fees, acquisition costs, his time (much of which has been spent on the board cheering) and WP commissions, he has made $75 over a 7-1/2 month period, which averages to $10/mo. I don't know about anybody else here, but I'd find it very difficult to justify a business with that kind of return, and there's no wombat poo poo way that could even cover the cost of ass wipe. If that's this Popper's definition of "worth it", that is VERY sad, indeed. |

Subtract the cost of the mandatory seller to seller purchases he had to make so other sellers would return the favor and buy his items and he's lost $50. |

DB I couldn't even begin to explain that item or any of the others that this seller has. I can't believe there are people who believe this stuff. It's really sad. But I guess there are seeing that they've sold some. You'd never find me giving consent that's for sure. :blinkie:

There's even a sample "consent form." Complete, I'm sure, with a "hold harmless" clause so that in case of serious physical injury there will be no charges filed or insurance claims reported. SICK-O!!!!!!!!!!!! |
