I find it ironic that they use the phrase:

Whether you have buyers or not, the staff should refer to all buyers as buyers, not potential buyers.

I wonder if the month AFTER fee is also charged to the people paying $39.95/$49.95 monthly for a showcase store when they close their stores.

...but remember, this is a guy who has an unsavory history and exists in his present form only through Karen. What would the world of serious, savvy, e-commerce people think about the way he does "business?" No, I'd say he's more afraid of being discovered and becoming the laughing stock of the world of e-commerce.
