Welcome, Gamer! I definitely hear what you're saying. I know it's a long thread here, but make sure you read posts 187, 186, 184, 194, 1496, 1477 and 1499. When another Pooper tipped me off on the board here, I was truly amazed at some of the shenanagans this guy Ray and his alter-ego Karen have been able to pull off. It was the hypocrisy of WP that really irked me the most. Post 187 was the one that really set me off. This paragon of civility, Ray, owner of WP, who censors posts on his boards that even LOOK a tad critical, spouting out every explative in the book when he frequented the boards of eBay.

I wish I could sneak a link to this thread on the WP board. Some of them would dismiss it as a communist plot to seek and destroy, but they deserve to hear BOTH sides of the story, and not just the fluffy, cotton candy version Ray feeds them.

I would love to post something on the WP forum too, but you are right they won't be persuaded.  You know I just don't believe the sales reports either.  I mean people are tripping all over themselves if they do have a sale.  It is really just funny and a little sad to read their posts about their happy dance and all if they make one sale a month.

I will check out the other posts too, as I know they have to be good!

Karen is always right there too with her B.S. as to why WP is the best thing a happening and to convince them to keep paying out the money.

lol, oh well what you can you do.

I've seen posts in the past over on WP where someone said that Karen was Ray and vice-versa. They pulled the threads or attacked the poster so vehemently, they never mentioned it again.

it was fun tho... tee hee...  Evil5

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
There is actually an article on bloggingstocks about WP called "Wagglepop is as fun as it sounds!" The author of the article states his wife sells on WP. The poppers are all leaving comments at the bottom.

Unbelievable. :blinkie:
Anybody familiar with the author of the article?

That writer also wrote an article praising HiBidder...a site whose average total monthly site sales during its 15 months of existence are barely above the minimum amount needed for one seller to qualify for Bronze PS status.

The fact that he emphasized fun tells me all I need to know.
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"

"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site.
best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011
