eclectica, did I get you on that one? You have made me spew quite a few times.

Hrmm, you have made me spew. Is that a compliment? LMAO!!!

That line was too funny. My kids are starting to think I'm crazy because I routinely burst out laughing for no apparent reason.

Alskling, it is genuinely creepy to see some of these things as I think back to the very post you made regarding how cults operate. The similarities are far too noticeable to be coincidence. Without even realizing it, they are following these 'priniciples' straight down the list. Just like a cult, the ones really 'sucked' in can't even see the fact that they are being lead astray and taken advantage of. Someone mentioned this would make an incredible study into the psychology of the mind. I wholeheartedly agree.

Hardly.  It will continue to amaze you what this creep can come up with.  He's probably just getting really started, and considers all this adversity on TT as an exciting challenge.  He plans on winning this battle, you know... doesn't have enough $ in the bank yet.

Cult detox can be a very difficult undertaking for folks who cannot actually see past their front nose.  If you can't see what you've stepped in, you won't know to get out of it...

If he can weather the storm for 4-6 weeks eBay's annual fee announcement will give him a boatload of new recruits.

eclectica, I was just curious as to whether anyone else would see the humor in that line. And if someone spews while reading it, to me that is a definite yes  Thumbsup

Exactly. That's why we have to get the word out how bad Pop Land is...more specifically, KaRayDrew is  Angryfire

When I said "last harrah", I meant toward those who are abandoning ship. It isn't enough to just allow them to say goodby on the store thread and simply close their stores/accounts. No, if they want to say a final farewell, they have to walk into a concentration camp with other infidels as final punishment. By no means, will this be the last of many cheap shots to be taken before the big WP implosion.

Regarding cults and cult mentality: This is a pet subject of mine and the one upon which I did my master's thesis. Whether the cult is headed by Hitler or David Duke, the tactics, implementaton, agenda, birth/growth/eventual demise, and basic philosophies are very similar. I believe it was Chiquita who thought the WP phenomenon would make a good psychological study.

I got that message today when I tried on the off chance I could lurk there like KaRayDrew does here. I know KaRayDrew lurks here.  Wave
In one of the emails that I got from KaRayDrew, something was said to me by him/her/it that had just been said to me on this thread. Not too bright of him/her/it, unless it was just a mind game being played by him/her/it to try to get me to 'see KaRayDrew's light'. That will never happen. I've seen their light and IT AIN'T BRIGHT  Smileythefinger
