Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Pay it forward.
Basically it works like this, Alskling: I put an item up for auction at 1 penny with a BIN. You "buy" it, but I adjust the invoice so you don't actually pay for it. I ship the item to you and then you choose one of your items to put in a PIF "auction". It boils down to shipping crap that nobody want to one another for nothing.
I hate stupid people!

Quote:wagglepopCC1 23 Feb 2007 15:41 Dream on, KaRay. Lots of new members....what did you do, call all of your second and third cousins? Why oh why must this ridiculous travesty carry on for 6 months? You have not killed the slime thread, therefore encouraging sellers to buy from sellers and pad their feedback. How long do you think they are going to "slime" each other, pay you store and FVF's and keep on poppin'? Oh, wait, I forgot, you don't think it matters to buyers who feedback is from. WRONG Unless you are handing out gallons of free , any buyers who happen to stumble across your site and are actually willing to go through the phone verification, the buyers are gonna run for the door, if it's not already packed due to your server issues. If that doesn't do it for them, the first time you start deleting posts, they will notice. If not, we will be here to remind them of every single one. > Oh, and by the way, KaRay - you are still number one in my books - here's to ya
I believe they do this on Hibidder, or one of the other sites. The item has to be 99 cents, and the sellers buy from each other, but have to also provide a 99 cent item. This is for sellers only not buyers. :blinkie: |

What, are they holding them back at the gates? And why do people keep believing, and getting all excited about, this unbelievable pile of crap? JoJo |

From the Boston Tea Party board:
Quote:We haven't seen much activity with our listings and hope that things will soon start to change. We have found everyone to be so HELPFUL and SUPPORTIVE! Sounds like someone was given a very wrong impression of what expect at WP... wonder how long they will last? JoJo |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
1 week average alexa rank
wagglepop =112,593 bidville =105,052 blujay = 97,538 hibidder = 49,881 tazbar = 35,291 ecrater = 21,713 etsy = 2,480 overstock = 909 eBay = 14 Please note all numbers are as of 2/21/07 Looks like the new marketing for wagglepop is really driving traffic in a direction. That direction is away from wagglepop. It's pretty sad that when you open listings on a site like wagglepop 9 times out of 10 you are the only one to have looked at the item. Hi Ray let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." X-POP NATION, A real seller's network |

Quote:wagglepopCC1 23 Feb 2007 15:41 This sounds like Ray has actually scheduled traffic to show up and visit WP on March 1st. Wonder how much that cost him and who he's paying to generate a bunch of fake visits/buyers? Hey Ray...
Never argue with an idiot they drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.
Remember he can create unlimited ID's through the admin controls, and go post with multiple aliases. No one would be the wiser. Let's count how many new fake people show up exactly on March 1st, like magic. As if new people would know to show up exactly the day WP's grand opening takes place. |
Banana, You are dead on!! And KaRay has recently created 'new' accounts' a fine stable of new accounts and there are hundreds he created back in the spring when he first opened WP2. I have compiled quite an impressive list of bogus accounts and am still in the process of looking for more. BTW, I've also located about 20 'ghost' stores that he can (and for some has) switch on at his whim. What a bloody deceiving crook. Hey Ray - me too, I greet you!
The one thing you can never afford to lose is your temper.
