Manual listing count via view all stores = 120,110 (margin of error = 1% due to I can't account for listings being pulled while I count) stores with 100 items or less listed = 162 stores with 50 items or less listed = 125 showcase stores = 14 featured stores = 25 PSU listing tote # for WP = 97,886 3 month average alexa rank for WP = 54,425 My best guess of how many active sellers on WP = 200 (this number is reflective of actual people and takes into account those people having multiple stores. Ray counts as 1 person for his stores as well) Ray's predictions for January of 2008: Date Benchmark Listings (All Formats) Stores January 2008 2.5% (compared to eBay) 1.5 million 3,125 conclusion: Well that is about the funniest thing I have ever heard. Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
I would just like to say that I know Scoop. Scoop does not have a hidden agenda. Scoop is not here simply to bash anyone. She is only stating her mind as many others have done. She left WPSSU with hurt feeling and wanted to express those. There were several people that left WPSSU with hurt and angry feelings. There were several people done very badly there. I know that it was stated that apologies were made, but I wouldn't be so quick to believe that. While I believe a blanket apology was made on the board, it is pretty much impossible to see that if you remain banned from the board. Not all were invited back as was stated.
Now, I know that it was said that this was not a WPSSU bashing board, so I shall return you to our regular scheduled programming. |

[/quote] I for one appreciate your point of view, as I do scoop's and userid. I wasn't there so will leave it at that. You are right in the fact that the accountability is really up to Brian at this point. Time will tell. When you violate the trust of others, you bear the full weight and responsibility of those actions. It is a very personal decision to forgive someone else. |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Thank you for bringing that witheyeswideopen.
I, for one, want to hear all points of view - good and bad. When WP suddenly slams the door on unsuspecting sellers (again) like I believe will happen soon, many alternative sites will pop up (no pun intended). I appreciate the views of user391, scoop, with and until recently PowerSeller. Let me say that the only reason that I exclude PowerSeller is because she refused to listen to the many reasons why former sellers at WP were offended by her comments. While I realize that the written word is sometimes difficult to interpret, when many people read it the same way, defend your point but at least have the grace to apologize to those who are offended. I still wish PS well on her sales and hope that WP serves her well. I was not there when the thing with Brian went down at WP. I, personally, have not been offended nor harmed by him. Therefore, I cannot agree or disagree with any statements made about him or by him prior to his appearance here. I do, however, reserve the right to question anyone who speaks poorly of former WP sellers because many here were good sellers at WP who were bashed for no reason. Use your power of free speech here to inform me anytime. Please allow me to question, applaud or respond without judgement. If I realize that I offend anyone, the words I'm Sorry are in my vocabulary.
I hate stupid people!
