As I mentioned, if the < brackets don't work change them to [ Gotta get ready for a flight. See you all in a few days! http://www.practiceboard.com/?5321855

A BIG THANK YOU! I've copied all this information and am creating a folder for reference.
So, I want to put my own web site together and I can't even do a clickable siggy -- I MUST BE INSANE! |

Reg, you beat me to it! But you did even better than I did by converting it for this board. The one I sent you Alksling can be used on other sites.

Princess; You'd better take a look at PSU. [/quote] Interesting. The same Poppers who wanted this thread deleted are over at PSU doing the exact same thing they objected so strongly to TT posters on this thread doing. :
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"
"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site. best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011 |

Princess, I want to tell you that in a very short period of time you have accomplished so much. Look at you go girl, you are already setting up ecrater, building your website, raising little ones and going to school.
You didn't waste anytime and hit the ground running. If you show this much enthusiasm and passion right now as a young lady, just think of all you will do going forward. It appears that the posters on PSU have one set of rules for their conduct, and another set of rules for the TT posters. Let them take all the cheap shots they want because you know who you are. |

Chiquita is right, Miranda. Ignore them. They simply are not worth it.
Btw, there may be some jealousy involved there. There usually is. |

Quote:Chiquita: Oh, kinda like the way Ray runs his poor excuse for an auction site, you mean -- one set of rules for the brainwashed cheerleaders, another for anybody who asks a legitimate business question. You'd think they were all joined at the hip. Edit: Just reviewed the last post on PSU -- Hypocrits! |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
It's not going to end. I'm not posting on that thread anymore. My posts have gotten twisted anyway, so I give up. I know our only battle was to try to open sellers eyes to make sure they were taking care of their back, and it got to mudslinging and name calling, because of the raw emotion that lies behind this stuff. And I'm feeling it, too, that's why I have to back away.
I can't help but feel that potential buyers are reading and I don't want to lose customers because I got in an argument with someone. It's just not worth it to me, and I really have a gazillion things to do. Thank you all for your kind words! I am not the only one in this world who has accomplished a lot in different situations, I know that for sure. There are countless others out there who have accomplished as much and more, and those are the ones my eyes shine bright for. It's because of people like that that I believe in myself and keep dusting myself off and picking myself back up. That thread is a perfect example of how (I'm ashamed to say) my life used to be. I don't want any kind of drama in my life anymore if I can possibly help it. It's hard to walk away when I feel like I'm being dragged through the mud, but I noticed most of the poppers on there also have low feedback scores and I don't. That must mean until that thread I was doing something right, and I'd like to get back to PSU to what I originally went there for. Some networking, learning, and helping. I will spare you all my life story because it's not pretty (and I'm not a victim, either, I just made some very bad choices that made me a person I became not proud of) but suffice it to say I've drug myself out of that garbage hole and I don't want to go back, whether in real life or on the computer. signing off. lol |
