Trouble in Poopland?

Ok, people say the more you list the more sales you will get. Well it seems in my case the more I list the less traffic (views) I get and no sales. I am a little confused by this. I do have some duplicates in different categories. I use reallysmart deals.com to promote , I use craigs list, live deal and yahoo but yet little traffic.
Maybe I am over looking something..
anyway, that's my rant for the night.

well i seem to be in the same boat. i joined the listing contest right before christmas hoping this would get me more sales and sorry to say nothing has changed for me either. haven't had a sale since 12-20 which was before the contest started. and only seem to sell an average of about 1-2 items. but at least so far i'm still in the black as far as sales vs fees goes so i'm happy with that part.

As an avid historian and genealogist I love our new themes. They fit right in with my store and my family. We were revolutionaries since the year one. In tracing my family back there is only one gr-gr-grandfather that came to the US after the revolution and that was in 1805. The rest ... on both sides of my family ... going back in all directions were all here before 1776. We even have one Indian branch.

My 5th gr-grandfather signed one of the original 'Declarations of Independence", but not the one that was eventually used. My 4th gr-grandfather, Samuel Bond, Jr., was killed by Indians on the frontier of Pennsylvania in 1781 trying to ousted the Whigs from the area.

Three of my grandchildren are direct descendants of Capt. Miles Standish, John Alden and Priscilla Mullin from the Mayflower. (Miles Standish's son married John Alden's daughter so that makes them all their direct line) These grand-children are cousins to John Adams, John Q. Adams, George Bush, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Pres. Ford, to name a few.

My sister-in-law's ancestor was the first woman to step off the Mayflower onto American soil. (It was known as part of Virginia at that time)

The only famous individual that I am related to is that I am a 6th cousin (once removed) to Princess Di and even though she was English, her mother's family were right in the middle of all of this history in Connecticut and Mass.

I love our history and proud that my family has always been in the thick of things even though they were primarily farmers and people of the land. They all left tough shoes to fill but even though we now live differently ... that spirit is still very alive and soaring in our bloodline.

Now, I don't know about anybody else here, but when I buy something from an e-tailer, I couldn't give a FF whether his/her ancestors decended from Joan of Arc or Atilla the Hun. WP just gets more bizarre every day.
