That's one of the things I've never understood--why did eBay Stores sellers who were furious last Spring/Summer that eBay removed store inventory from the core search go to another site that does the exact same thing (and where the items are even more hidden than they were on eBay because the site's traffic is so low)?

Gosh, it was so silly of me to leave WP  arcasm1:  What was I thinking!?!  I had a store.  I had sales to other sellers.  I had my morale boosted on a daily basis.  I never had to ask questions - they would be deleted anyway.

I had it so easy  :partytimes: and now I list and have outside buyers and I really have to ask questions and learn things.

Why did I give up the  and  after only a few months of steady sales?

Because I am a legitimate business person, that's why.

I'm only saying that most who speak poorly of Wagglepop are doing so without any realistic point of reference AND without being able to offer any alternative solutions. (Yes, they'll say sell your handmade items on Etsy, or try eCrater or Blujay yada yada, but most of these people still have not tried and had any success on any of the sites that they're talking about.)

Powerseller regarding your status on ebay, I lost mine as well because I don't sell on the site anymore. I have no issues with you on this matter.

Your comments directed at sneaky are misguided at best, as Amy very clearly stated in her post.

You have stated before you wouldn't post here, and yet you have returned.

Now what I do take issue with is your comments on PSU regarding "most people have not tried and had any success on any of the sites they are talking about including ecrater, blujay, and etsy.

You then post here and state that all of us should be working towards alternatives to ebay.
First of all just exactly who is included in your definition of "most people." You presume that these so called people haven't tried ecrater,blujay,and etsy et al. FYI yes many have not only tried them but are having success, and in some cases doing much better than they ever did on WP. We are all working on alternatives to ebay, and most of us here on TT both tried and determined that WP is not a place we care to conduct business on. You like WP, good for you, you have had sales, good for you.

Do not assume for one minute that the folks on this thread are not working hard on their business, or that they have not found their st. elsewhere site. Do not assume that anyone hasn't tried multiple selling venues either.

It doesn't matter to me whether you have feedback, if you are a powerseller. I am also happy for you that you are making sales that are important to you and your family's bottom line.

As far as your opinion of this thread being nothing but BS, not only is there plenty of room for real truth here, the truth has been posted repeatedly. Truth being factual information that can be verified.

You don't like this thread, and have publicly criticized several members of this forum, so I can't for the life of me figure out why you even lurk here, because it appears that everything contained in this thread upsets you.

Most inportant about tonights discusion on listing counts. The homepage listing count # on WP is false advertising which is both a state and federal law that has been broken for many months. I have saved all the information pertaining to this that is needed to prove this in a court of law. I haven't acted upon this because there is more at stake here then WP. The sellers that are there shouldn't suffer for the site owners business faults. By acting on this issue and a few others the site would be closed never to reopen. I feel it best the sellers that are there should have the chance to find another venue to sell on before the site is closed therefore I have not acted on this information.

On the issue I have talked about above I would advise you to take another look at what you are saying. I don't spend month after month digging up information about WP. Most people that post in this forum know nothing about me or my business. I can tell you that my business is far more reaching then a single posting name or user id that most already know me by. What I will reveal now is I have a background in investigative work on a federal level. With that being said your actions over the past few months seem as if you have something to gain from WP for your continued support outside of the box so to speak. I mean more then people seeing your store with the chance they would buy something from you. Those action suggest you are a member of Ray's inner circle or have some sort of deal with him.

With that said powerseller maybe you should consider a different means of advertising at this point for your business. You see there are laws that protect consumers and a few goverment agencys that will handle this and many issues that have affected x-WP sellers as well as the current sellers. One of them is the consumer protection agency.

By me adding up the listing count at this point becomes redundent. I know the counts will not equal out and so do most others that post here. Powerseller if you choose to believe that number on the homepage or the other numbers such as the PSU number so be it, you are only fooling yourself and it isn't up to me to prove anything to you. That is Ray's problem. Ray can get some to believe but most will see him for what he is and that is a scam artist.

the other main shopping sites for shoppers will be the stand alone sites---- these will be amazon---ebay---and wagglepop---- but ebay and wagglepop will need to copy the amazon model where buyers can buy from the site immediately by credit card or by bank check.
