Once upon a time Nora Jean was a legitimate store. She posted on the WP forums and was a healthy cheerleader of the site. Recently it was discovered that Nora Jean had down-graded her WP status. Dropped her store in other words. However, her auctions are showing up alive and well, her status as a store owner is accounted for and revealed in search.

Now this situation could be a legitimate rscript error or a complaint from a user of it.

I have been trying to feed my ecrater stuff to an RSS feeder

Feed it to TulipNewsBot.  Kirk is getting lonely in the mall.

The infrastructure is the admin controls in rscript. In other words Ray can open, close, and delete member accounts anytime he wants. His statement is such BS because it gives the impression that some massive reprogramming of the site would have to be in place in order to "reinstate" an account.

Account Reinstatement Tutorial for Ray for In-Active and Suspended Members:
1. go to the 'Members' section in the admin (it's on the left side menu)
2. Click on 'Manage Users' Accounts'
3. Click on the desired user
4. go to the 'active' menu item under 'user administration panel'
5. select 'active' from the drop down menu.
6.  Click the update button.  Voila the member is reactivated...unless KaRay previosly pressed the 'DELETE USER' button instead of selecting 'inactive' or 'suspended' (but if KaRay had deleted the user it would make it awfully hard to sic a collection agency on them with no account records to back up WP's claims of money due, now wouldn't it?).

1. Go to the 'System Types" menu (again, it's on the left side)
2.  Click on "Listing Types'
3. Check the box next to 'WA Wanted Items'

Tutorial #3 How to close a user's store without deleting their account
1. go to the 'Members' section in the admin (it's on the left side menu)
2. Click on 'Manage Users' Accounts'
3. Click on the desired user
4. go to the 'membership type' menu item under 'user administration panel' and click the 'edit membership' button
5. from the 'membership level' drop down list in the popup box, change 'smartsell pro' to 'limited'.

Notice that the IDs are consecutive. A dead one even has a couple feedbacks from buyer ADMIN. That must be the secret to selling on WP -- die first.

You can only get 20 items per feed from ecrater, so man it is hard, that and I have no idea what I am doing, but this old broad is bound and determined to figure it out.

Yes I have a CSS MIGRAINE!! 
Oooo those RSS feeds and Google Base uploads can be a PITA too.  Sometimes I'll do one and it works like clockwork first time, but the next time it takes me forever to get it right. 

Can't believe I missed so much last night!  I'll have to try to keep a closer watch on this thread while I'm CSSing today.  :blinkie:
