Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
all and to all the new TTers!
My guess on the sudden 'confirmation' goes along with what everyone found during WP1. He's an egomaniac. After reading his FAS/OTWA posts and learning more about him from those who were around, I could never see this man being embarrassed about the fiasco then or the one that will happen eventually this time. He blames all the "naysayers" for his original downfall. Wasn't his fault. Maybe in his own twisted way, holding the info until recently made him somehow feel like he was unveiling some great surprise - himself. I'm reading EGO all over it. I don't think someone like him could have remained 'behind the curtain' for too long. He has to bask in his self-perceived new found glory. Next thing you know (given his past history) he'll be making appearances on the forum. Now THAT could be fun. :popcorneaters:

WAGGLEFACT OF THE DAY
wagglepop vs. WPSSU
Quote:Hi All, How can this be you ask? Well for those of you who don't know who or what WPSSU is and was here it is. Just a short time ago WPSSU was the main advertising venue for wagglepop. Around the 15th or 18th of Jan. something came between these 2 sites and Ray did Brian a huge favor by banning WPSSU from the wagglepop forums. Yes Brian is the founder of WPSSU and went to great lengths to advertise the WP sellers. Please take note if you haven't already the above quote from Brian which can be found in the WPSSU forums is sarcasm aimed towards RAY. When Ray and Brian had there falling out so to speak little did Brian know what a huge favor Ray was doing him. Please note the above Alexa graph at this point. Two out of seven day's WPSSU has beaten WP in regards to reach per millions for the past seven days. Now some of you will say big deal, well it is a big deal when you consider right now WPSSU is only an advertising site and it is free. Before the falling out so to speak WPSSU was only advertising wagglepop sellers. Now look at WPSSU they are still building the site but they are advertising all sites as well as upholding there commitment to advertise for WP sellers. What caused this falling out. That isn't for me to say however I do know it is Ray's controlling GREED that ended this marriage. If you go to the WPSSU forums I am sure Brian will post the reason's in the near future. Which may be sooner then later once Ray reads this wagglefact I am sure his greed and lack of self control will result in a few store closings. What is my point? Here it is: I have said in the past leaving wagglepop has been & can be the best business decision you will ever make. Before I started writing this post I noticed that another larger store has left WP (over 600 listings went poof) another smart business decision for that seller. I have said my business has increased since I left and now look at WPSSU, before the 15th of Jan. there alexa traffic was non existent, since then there rank has improved by more then 100% and may be 200% when the next 3 month averages come out. Do you see a trend taking shape here? I do and so should you. Because of the change in strategy the best is yet to come for WPSSU. I will not make the announcement but will advise everyone to go and see for themselves what is coming in the near future for WPSSU and that is a very BRIGHT FUTURE indeed. Note to Ray & his inner circle: Yes listen up Ray and the innerpops. Any action you take I have the answer to. Karma gremlins HAHAHAHA. I do know who you are and it isn't just one of them. Ray I know you are a LURKER here and may even be registered here on TT. I believe you have posted here recently as well Ray. You can't control your greed and therefore due to your lack of self control you have proven yourself to be a coward. Get your fork ready Ray you are going to have to stick it in again real soon. There is a new site coming to town that will lead customers right out the door. You deserve exactly what you get Ray and that is an empty site. You are reacting to the posts in this forum as a way of determining what direction WP will go. Stop stealing from the innocent wagglepop sellers now. False advertising can and will be enforced through the consumer protection agency in the short term Ray. Own up to what you are doing NOW. A scam such as your scam will come to an end the sad part is you have affected many more innocent sellers then the numbers show now or in the past. It is far more then what you have stated and far more than what we have stated here on TT. WP sellers: I only hope you have the time to backup your hard work rather then let or allow Ray to pull the rug out from underneath you. There are other real venues where you can sell for far less money and less turmoil. If you are undecided of a venue consult with members of TT, PSU or WPSSU. In fact check the PSU forums there is nobody there defending WP accept one seller who can't handle the facts about WP and is a member of Ray's inner circle. Even the one person who gave some valid points about there wagglepop experiences is involved in another forum (with high respect Gael). Last chance Ray! Come out of your basement and confront the many who see you for what you are. A SCAM ARTIST!!!!!! let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." X-POP NATION, A real seller's network |

Truth,
The graph didn't show up on my monitor, but I get the message. Quote:Karma gremlins HAHAHAHA. I do know who you are and it isn't just one of them. Ray I know you are a LURKER here and may even be registered here on TT. I believe you have posted here recently as well Ray. You can't control your greed and therefore due to your lack of self control you have proven yourself to be a coward. I think I know, too, Truth. And I see they have attacked me again, after leaving a very short post on PSU yesterday. ----------------------------------------------------------- Regarding the WP foum post where Ray's name was "edited": I was also a member in good standing at the time and remember the post. I don't remember any bruhaha from the Poppers. Like me, maybe many of them had no clue at the time what it was about. I don't think any of us know who was running the show. I did ask on a post, but (as expected) received no answer. As I recall, Karen said the name was deleted, because it was "against board policy" to post actual names of other users, or some gobbledegook. |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
A new thread in the Adv Selling Forum over there, a member wants to make a page listing WP friends; buyers and sellers that he/she has done business with. Remember the last thread of this type, from a few months ago, that practically turned into a brawl, because it was seen as favoritism?
Anyway, everyone jumps up to be included, even people who aren't yet "friends" are planning business so they can be included (any way to get your name out there - anywhere - right?). Karen jumps in, praising the popper for "a wonderful idea," "an excellent way to promote both yourself and recommend other sellers", "a very advanced and effective way of creating a loyal and long-term customer base" and "I am very impressed by such a progressive approach " So... why bother with marketing degrees, this is the advanced stuff right here! It's just nauseating, isn't it? JoJo |

It's just nauseating, isn't it? JoJo
This is far from a "new concept" on WP therefore I find KaRay's praise quite nauseating. Back in May (I think) WakeMeUp put a lot of effort into creating and progressively updating a friends page for fellow sellers. When she closed shop on WP no one picked up the slack and perpetuated the work. Today a number of sellers still have this custom page in their stores. A recent scan of some of these reveal many dead links to stores that are closed and long gone. I've found Eclectic, Style By Design, Fabulous for Less, Nancy's Stuff and other familiar names. I even found mine on a few pages and I've been gone since September. I don't blame someone for trying to bring back the practice. There is truth in the saying 'strength in numbers'. Trouble is, the numbers keep changing rapidly. CC1's reply is just another effort to rally the morale of the troops but I find her/his two cents posted to this thread in poor taste.
The one thing you can never afford to lose is your temper.
