I am the party that posted the thread Quote:Why does ~edit~ still have a store on Ebay? I copied the whole thing onto a Word document and will bring it here when I edit the names of the innocent. It is quite long, so I will also try to edit blank spaces. At the time, I was deleting my listings. My store closed a few days later. My PayPal acct shows my bill from WP on 10/10. [/quote] Yes, I remember that post. But I think there was another one prior. Anyway, Karen's response to this one had something to do with having a store eBay as a "research" tool. Someone mentioned that it was in direct contradiction to Ray swearing to have severed all ties with eBay. I wasn't buying Karen's lame explanation, but a lot of Poppers were defending it. Edit: Thanks for the point YOHB. You are one of my favorite posters so your point means a lot. |

FineThings4U,
Awesone information!!! And while reading all that past history I noticed the store that isn't a store is moving up the charts. I also believe a larger store at the bottom of page one was replaced with a store that was gone. The ever changing store pages never cease to amaze me!!! let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." X-POP NATION, A real seller's network |

Fine, thanks for posting that. I remember reading all of that when I was still a member at Pop Land. Do you by any chance know how many of those posters are still there?
I just gave ya karma for the great posts

As of last count, not counting Karen, of course, only four remain active at WP.

Thanks for the karma, although I am sure the gremlins will snatch it away soon.
I came here to tell the truth of MY situation. I chose to post under the name I use everywhere. I knew the risks. I have received what I will call "warnings" about my posts. I have been informed that I am "blacklisted". Fortunately, I do what I do because I enjoy it. I will probably never sell another item again. That's okay, though. I felt that it was important to share my personal experience with others. I will not stop answering any questions asked of me and I am not afraid to post my answers. I totally understand the reasons why some people cannot post here with their real ID's. I did so because I wanted to put a recognizable ID out there. Maybe my job decision is not so difficult now. When one door closes, another opens.

Here or on WP? :blinkie: As far as being blacklisted, at least you are listed. Remember the movie The Jerk when Steve Martin said I am somebody, I am in the phonebook. |
