[/quote]My impression of back-stabbing is more vindictive, resulting from a treasonous, disloyal act or as a means of revenge. Whereas, my take on "throwing under the bus" is more of a dispassionate "offing" of anybody who simply gets in the way. It's simply inconvenient to have those people around because they impede the thrower's self-centered, greedy goals. I see no one throwing Ray under the bus. If anybody's doing the throwing, it's Ray.

There's WAY too many problems with Skype. I like VOIP, but would NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS go with Skype. This article is just one of many that casts very dark shadows in security with Skype.

That phrase is very well known in Canada too and Sweet, your definition is perfect. The problem here on my turf is; you can throw someone under the bus - however the bus is usually late and the job just doesn't get done! Happy001
