Quote:Expect a complete transfer from soft-launch over to official launch over the course of the day, with everything in absolute "full swing" before the 2nd arrives. WTF? I thought it was all in place and ready to go today?!?!? Very not dynamic KaRay (!)

Engineering? Give me a break! And taking the site offline on the DAY of your Grand Opening? That's like opening a brick 'n mortar and waiting til the day you open to close down for the morning so you can set up the cash register. River you're right ~ great planning there. I think KaRay has been hitting his own KoolAid a little too hard.

And... they're down, lol.
Great way to lose a LOT of buyers/browsers. Good thing they have pitiful traffic to begin with.

Quote:We'll be offline for about 30-45 minutes this morning to complete the final maintenance and upgrade tasks, but once we return, we'll be in full release of the Grand Opening celebration |

[/quote] Kinda like telling your kid on Christmas day that there are no presents under the tree because Santa's elves were too involved in doing other things (like disciplining unruly reindeer) and simply hadn't time to make the toys and pack the sleigh. Oh, well. Wombat poo poo happens. Don't worry, Santa will arrive sometime in the foreseeable future, although it is rumored global warming is quickly melting the ice caps, creating further havoc with the planned event. Ray, you are a total mileyazwipe: I can't wait to see how many threads will get deleted due to your comedy of errors once the boards open back up. |

Well it's back up but I can't see a single change to the site. Still screams $9.95 a month as always. What a joke.

I am absolutely floored that KaRay posted that! I just can't imagine why he didn't blame the outage on the the massive stampede of sellers clogging the server (not).

This whole thing is sad...very sad for the sellers. I looked and couldn't believe that was IT.
