Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Quote:I do understand where Karen & Staff stand on this issue and I have followed their routine of pulling posts long enough to be thankful that they do this.... it is for the GOOD of Wagglepop and its members. Ray's rapid-fire "delete" button is in part responsible for many of the 70% of sellers who have since departed WP to begin questioning what WP was all about, its ethics and agenda. Talk about being "courteous and constructve"! Deleting posts is the ULTIMATE smack in the face with a negative noodle. These sellers left and took their buyers with them, never to return, as evidenced by the recent Alexa report showing WP traffic less than a blip on the radar screen. If any lurkers can explain to me how this was "good for Wagglepop" bring it on. Edit: I'd like to add that successful on-line sellers are, generally-speaking and by nature, more independent-minded and outspoken, inquisitive and inventive, and often slightly rebellious. This is one big reason WP can never succeed. They simply will not put up with Ray's carp. Ray wants a bunch of goose-stepping drones, who question nothing and never step beyond their prescribed little corner without permission. Ray envisions himself a king with serfs, a master with slaves, or maybe a divining profit with an adoring flock. Ray will never capture and bring into his fold the best e-commerce sellers or buyers with that mindset. Because of Ray, the site is destined to fail. ---------------------------- Sneaky, Thanks for reminding us of those quotes by "Ray the couteous poster." That list was one of the first things that turned my head to that fact that the site is run by a hypocrite interested in furthering his own interests and none other. Hi, Ray |

Platz, I have sitemeter and google analytics (it stopped working but I think I figured it out). It has sooo many features, that I am still learning them all. I just set goal conversions today. It shows you if people are leaving right before checking out, etc... I also had a sale today. My adwords are set up for US only. I have had sooo many hits today looking at sitemeter from all over the world. It must be from submitting to the zen showcase stores. Even a view from Romania. I need Bill to help me so I can use the javascript version of sitemeter. PM me if you have a chance. I have your site both in the banners and on my links page setup.
OK... I put you're banner on mine too... you were already on my link referral page... I din't see my banner come up tho on your site and I refreshed several times... I think you may be lying to me.... Oh... what a tangled web we weave!!! |

WP Alexa 3 month average = 83,127
Look at the trend: let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." |

BBH, I actually have shoes that size
Truth - could we categorize that as off the charts (in a negative way, of course)? Or should we just call it the highway to hell?
