A member since Sept, did they have a founding member icon? They also show 100 of this item available. :blinkie: [/quote] Yep, had floundering member icon before they gave up the ghost (so to speak). My question, prompted by the banana, would this count as 100 listings or just 1?

The only site where it would count as 100 is OnlineAuction ...the site with over "6 million total items listed" (90% of them sports cards).

Sherrand -
What do you think the TRUE number of members is at WP? Do the accounts disappear when Ray hits the delete button on them? Just a little FYI for you lurkers... Ray is limiting your pool of possible buyers with his almightly delete button. I had signed up on WP to reserve my eBay ID and that account was recently locked for no reason. I never even used that ID to post in the forums, so he can't use that as an excuse. The deletion was based solely on the fact I post over here. If he did it to me, how many others do you think he's done it to? Do you really want to support a site that believes in that type of censorship and bias? :blinkie:

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
A little food for thought
: Imagine you have a store that you lease in the mall. Every month the owner of the mall posts out in the open area for all potential shoppers, and potential store owners to see, a big sign that says hey tenants the rent is due, if you don't pay up you are gone, and if you even think about trying to come back here think again, it will cost you. Every month the owner of the mall pulls out this sign into the lobby to use as a cover story for the number of vacancies he has, in an attempt to hide the fact that he has failed to deliver a quality product. That is what Ray does every time he posts about so called deadbeat sellers. Don't forget this fact, you work for yourself, not Ray, not WP. You are his customer. Without all of you he wouldn't be in business. Don't you and your fellow sellers deserve better? I think you do. Until you believe that, I guess you can keep lining this man's pockets and sit by and put up with this disrespect. |

It looks as if you sign up and you have not got a store yet and give him the 9.95/mo, he will ban your ass out of there for not paying non existant fees. Rat does it tell you that you have not paid your fees so you are banned until you pay your fees, even if you never had any fees to begin with? WP is getting way too complicated! As for the head count at WP, I would guess it to be around 50 - 70 floundering sellers. Closer to the 50 count because of all of their multiple stores and the ghost stores. |

Or a pay per post policy, and a fine on top of that if the post gets deleted (for labor charges)
