Here we go. I closed my WP store a few days ago. Ended all my listings. Took out all my pages. I have asked WP three times to close my store. eMails below:

#2) To close your Store, we must close the entire SmartSell Pro user account. All listings will terminate.

To do so:

1. Confirm that you have no active transactions.

2. Sign in to My Wagglepop, and click the Transactions link to pay your closing account balance in full.

3. Email me with the PP transaction ID number, and official request to close.

We'll have it processed in 4-6 business hours Smile

Umm, KaRay, RScript has PayPal IPN so the PP transaction ID is already stored in the seller's account. Why does the seller have to email it to you again?

It's unbelievable that they have not closed your store yet. It should not be this hard to close a store. Is this your post from the farewell board on WP

I'm just wondering if this was you or someone else who has requested their store be closed and are getting the same run around. I'll bet Chiquita is right he is holding out to include it in the post about deadbeat stores. You have to wonder how many other stores have requested to be closed recently who are still there and are being included in the store count.
