Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
This is what I posted in the Advanced Selling: Wagglepop Stores under
I'm being held for ransom Fellow members I have been asking Karen to close my store for four days now. Due to some problems I am having and the fact that no one is buying or even looking at my listings here I have to go. I paid my fees up to the closing request date. All my Items have been removed. All my pages have been removed. It seems to me that all WP is interested in is collecting from their sellers. I dont see any help from them whatsoever. No new announcements to let us know what is going on with WP. The store counts are going the wrong way. I feel like Im being held for ransom. I do not owe any money and Im wouldnt pay any more money even if I had it. I think this is still America. Im an American. This isnt a communist country. I shouldnt be held captive when I want to go. My taxes are paid, sales, state, federal, food, real property, car and it seems even the air I breathe. Im not being held in Getmo. I want out it is that simple. I did the best I could to help myself with some extra income. All I did was spend some money that I couldnt afford to spend. Maybe I will try lottery tickets. To all who remain here I wish you nothing but good luck. xxxxxxx |

#8) Karen
I am willing to pay a pro-rated fee for the days between the 24th and my requested closing date. I think that would be fair because I was active on your site. reply xxxxxxxxxx SSP covers unlimited free listings, and as such and as per the User Agreement, payment is due in full. We do not and cannot pro-rate, ever, based on the free listings convention as as per the User Agreement. For more information, please refer to the Billing and Account Information page in the Help Center Karen~ |

I just made a new home page on WP. I offered to pay a pro-rated fee based on the days I was active there but was turned down. NOW IT IS ON
http://www.wagglepop.com/stores/H-M-Gifts In case it goes away this is what I have as the home page for that store. I am asking that my store be closed. My personal situtation has changed. I can no longer afford the cost of being here. |

Unless you do something to get kicked off. Maybe your new home page will do it. Did cc contact you yet about your post? New sales figures from WP Quote:April I don't believe this for one minute. I can't imagine how anyone could believe this |

(Personally I would prefer kiss my a** but I'm trying to be nice). And speaking of deadbeat sellers, it just occurred to me - how many of those deadbeats each month are sellers who WANTED to close their store but were held for ransom in exactly the way Flying has been? That should put a brand new perspective on it for the cheering Poppers.

See how long it stays [/quote] It's still there. flying high they may not be as concerned with that home page as they would be if you were keep posting in the forum. Right now with no items in your store it will not come up on the store list. They only way someone would see it would be if they typed in a search for your store. |

Flying, Continue posting!!! They will decide that they have to close your account to
shut you up. Good Luck! Also the continued postings will show the poppers what one has to face just to close a store. |
