Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
This is going to be a long post so please don't get mad at me. I have not been saying much about the ongoing problem between myself and WP. I said I wouldn't pay any more and I havent but WP has marked my store HMGifts paid if full. TPG may post some of the behind the scenes work he has been doing on this problem for the past couple of weeks. A lot has been and it seems still is being said about us on WP. We are blocked so we are not sure what is going on there. Here is the real reason I left WP. I will let others believe what they want. I heard of WP in Feb. My husband said he opened another store. He asked if I would list. I said OK? I took a look around and did not like what I saw the feed backs were low. I didnt say anything I started adding products. I heard about TT and read what was being said here about The Pet Guy" at first I was annoyed at TT to say the least so I decided to put that wasted energy into more positive energy. I would join which I did, do my research and slam TT with what I thought was the positive side of WP. (sorry) I did more searching in yahoo, msn, etc. but did not find anything good about WP. I went to the boards on WP and read everything. There are a lot of contradictions there. Some of the post my husband had made were gone. I thought OK they are going to take $75,000 and advertise. Then it was posted they would do pop 3. I dont know about anybody else but SPAM. To me that is not advertising. That is when I decided to leave WP. TPG didnt agree with me but we each make our own decisions about our internet stores. When I took off everything from HMGifts I did not have a debt with WP. Then the fairy magically appeared and I owed $9.95. I was p**** to say the least, so I put on the WP game by "Truth" and many others, It didnt work (but we did get over 200 hits a WP record) so I got nasty. They closed my store. They threaten me saying I still owed the money. In our other store there was ad smart money sitting there (It had 4 hits in three months). In my opinion my $9.95 is more then paid for. The people here at TT had nothing to do with my decision to leave WP. I made that decision based on the information I gathered. I think it is wrong to be told one thing and then change it. What happened to the money they promised in advertising? That is the question they should be asking instead of slamming me on WP. When you have 0 hits in 3 months there is no traffic in my opinion. I would rather take my items to a site that does not pretend to be something it is not. As far as WP being another eBay not in this life time. In order for that to happen you have to advertise. I wish the best for all the people who sell on WP (most of them) I hope they succeed. I want the people who think that other people influenced me to know that is not the case. Family is important to me and I want to thank all the TTers who made me feel like family. I never felt I fit in on WP. As to the postings at WP about the zero hits that is for HMGifts not e_pet_products. There was one buyer that was helpful to TPG. She tried helping him with some advertising ideas. He only closed his store because of the way WP treated me. We did spend a lot of time listing the nearly four thousand items on WP in TPGs store. Thank you for letting me ramble. |

This is going to be a long post so please don't get mad at me. [/quote] Not a chance! You feel free to vent all you want - you never need to worry about being out of line or being censored. I'm really sorry you had the experience you did at WP. Sadly, it's a familiar story and that's why this thread is still going strong. By posting about your situation, maybe one person that's sitting on the fence will finally see what's really going on there. Kudos and karma!

I for one was interested in making a purchase from the HMGifts store and was watching to see what would be listed in there. Whenever I looked, all I saw was a few of the big jar candles that seemed expensive to ship. I don't have any use for a jar candle so was waiting to see what other items would be added. If there ever was anything else, I missed it. Sorry that I missed 'ya. I intended to be a customer.

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Ok, this is going to be mean and harsh but grow up user!!!! You do not know what you are talking about and I saw the items in H&M Gifts. There was more than the items that you say you saw on their page. I would say that people here should please ignore user and his rants that he has. Sorry for being so mean. It is just very offensive and somewhat irritating at that kind of arrogance.
FH, congratz on getting out of the never ending hole. Sounds like "T"PG threw ya a good rope. Eclectica, I am so sorry to hear about your pup. It is definately a difficult thing to have happen and I am giving ya a big hug from here!

Sky do you have a pilot's license to fly hot air balloons? I always wanted to be a pilot, but poor depth perception got in the way. |
