Ok, you guys had a very busy night!! I was out having family time so I am drowning in trying to keep up!!
As I am sure you guys are aware, SHE DID NOT CLOSE HER STORE!! THEY - ANDREW closed it on her. She was banned from the boards for her 120 day suspension. The message stated she was banned, but she was able to go in and VIEW, she didn't post a single thing, but after she got an email stating it was logged that she VISITED THE BOARDS and had violated her suspension, and was since terminated and no further money is needed, account closed. She is drowning in emails from almost everyone, asking why and will she come back. So, she is busy taking Karens previous suggestion of "COPY AND PASTE AS NECESSARY". One thing these people need to know, once someone is kicked off, they cannot even come back to shop (even if they really wanted too.) I think it was Jojo's post that said it best regarding Customer Service. No matter what a customer says to you, they get treated with respect and are considered correct, and a good CS could make someone think along their lines. We are having a busy day, but I will try to pop on later to respond to my own emails and posts!! But I didn't want my TT pals left in the dark too long!
