Good Night all i am heading in as well. Tomorrow is another day to deal with WP and there new paypal policy from there star seller tiny Tim. Oh wait he isn't really a seller because he isn't conducting business just selling on a site that is supposed to be a business so that doesn't qualify. Maybe he is a gifter instead of a seller. Wait that won't work he has a store which could be deamed a business no matter what way you look at it.

Geez this is a tough one to figure out I best go to bed and think about this one. Good night all.

The IRS says you do have to declare all of your sales as income on your income taxes even if you don't have a business license. It doesn't matter to the IRS if you "do not charge taxes" (collect sales tax)--you still have to declare your sales as income. Sales tax and income tax are two completely different things.

Scoop and Sher, I swear I cannot believe he's this stupid. He's been on this board reading this very thread, by his own omission at PSU where he threw up Patty. He's seen what's transpired over at WP today, was told at PSU and you know damn well he was back over here reading.

Nah, he wants to play dumb about what's going on over there, let him. His business ethics are deplorable, anyway.
