I rushed out of here this morning without my cell phone and Craig always calls his father in Pennsylvania every single Sunday. Had to check TT while I'm here. At any rate, y'all have been busy, but I just HAD to comment on this one!
Another *odd* post... Quote: Leave a business card in every public restroom you ever use. Love that last "marketing" tip, too. ICK.
How appropriate! Exactly where I would leave WP - right in the wombat poo poo can! Later, Gators!
Couldn't have said it better! Eeeeesh, hey lurkers, doesn't the fact that it's suggested you should resort to leaving cards in restrooms mean anything to you? Anything at all?

An answer to What brought you here? and... some comments about negativity
Quote:I have sold 20 items since October and I am pleased with that as my items tend to be for someone who looking for a particular item. 20 items since October? Pleased with that? Someone has to cut off this non-sellers supply! |

Hey all, long time no see! I just caught up on this thread... find it hard to fathom all that's transpired in the past few days! To everyone who's abandoned ship (or been forced to walk the plank!) and found their way here, welcome! I hope your selling life post-WP brings oodles of success to you all! I'm still selling via my Web site, but since mid-May, have also been working full-time as the secretary at my daughter's school, which has made staying on top of things a wee bit difficult!!! I'll get a breather during July/August when the school is closed for the summer, and then will be back to work in September. (My Mom was thrilled to find out I now have a 'real' job... LOL!) Take care... Terry
Hi Terry! Great to see you!

Holy smoke this thread is being viewed by a full house. Welcome back to all of you who haven't hung out with us in awhile. So Ray gave Karen the boot, deleted all traces of her off the hard drive, and decided to trade her in for a big burly man. Is that the crap Ray was dreaming up last night while happily deleting thread after thread. |

I left a while back after sellers I personally knew were being treated like crap. It seems all surreal until you know someone going through it. And all just for asking legitimate business questions. Definitely over the top. There's positive thinking and then there's WP. Bizarre beyond belief.
It is bizarre - what a way to run a business! I see you have some new stores set up, they look great, hope you do well with them. Is ecrater being good to you? "Hey all, long time no see! I just caught up on this thread... find it hard to fathom all that's transpired in the past few days! Terry" Hi Terry, Nice to hear from you! Hope you're doing well. You may remember me from WP. -Shelley (from Alberta) :cinqo2: |
