I can get in.
I'm watching a particular near-the-top-of-page-2 seller slowly delist, it's sad in a way because this person always contributed alot to WP - she seemed very nice, positive, and didn't have an attitude - I hope she finds success elsewhere soon. |

Since Karen is WP history, I wonder if she will start posting here?
Just a thought.

Hmmm...maybe Andrew should be added to the poll now.
Never argue with an idiot they drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Due to the current change in WP staff I thought it might be fun to replay an oldie of mine. It somehow seems fitting now
Everybody Sing Along KAREN GOT DELETED BY A VIRUS Karen got deleted by a virus. Surfing while at Rays house Christmas eve. You can say there's no such thing as karma, but as for me and grandpa we believe. She'd been drinking too much eggnog, and Ray begged her not to go. But she forgot her medication, and she staggered through the screen into the glow. When he found her Christmas morning, at the scene of the attack, she had edit written on her forehead, and incriminating delete marks on her back. Karen got deleted by a virus. Surfing while at Rays house Christmas eve. You can say there's no such thing as karma, but as for me and grandpa we believe. Now we're all so proud of Raymond, He's been taking this so well. Seen him in there watching football, drinking beer and playing cards with Andrew. It's not Christmas without Karen, All the family's dressed in black and we just can't help but wonder: Should we open up her email, or send them back? Send them back!! Karen got deleted by a virus. Surfing while at Rays house Christmas eve. You can say there's no such thing as karma, but as for me and grandpa we believe. Now the money is on the table and the loose change in a tin and the blue and silver candles that would just have matched the hair on Karens wig. I've warned all my friends and neighbors better watch out for yourselves, they should never give a license to a guy whose name is Ray and plays with his other selves. |
I think I know who you're talking about - checkbook covers? She is a very nice person - she'll do well wherever she goes I'm sure... Don't know her well personally, but all communication with her has been really nice and yes, she has contributed a LOT to WP. But she's doing right - get out while the getting's good! Okay - finally my first pot of coffee is brewed! Maybe a few slurps will help me take in everything? |

Pass me a kleenex....PS is turning it into As The Stomach Churns

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
So just when most/many of the loyal to WP sellers get to see some of what's really been going on this whole time and leave - just when this happens, new stores and new sellers are coming in to try and restore some faith in the self-imploding site?

Looks like a certain poster needs a dose of reality. Not PopLand reality, the real world reality. This poster also needs to finally wake up from the koolaid induced trance and realize that the truth is written in all of these pages here. We post the facts, we try to help the poppers. WAKE UP POPPERS!

Chiquita that song cracks me up everytime I read it!!
Thank you for reposting it! Everytime PS posts it makes me want to If Karen was such a kind, caring customer service rep who cared so much about all the poppers...why didn't she take the time to post she was leaving herself? I mean after all, they expected the poppers to post and ask where she was. Wouldn't you expect her in return, to post her own resignation?
Yes! Because that's the way it works - in the WP world. Replace a long standing, 500+ item store with a brand new 3-4 item store - it's all the same. And yes, you guessed the store correctly. |
