Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Thanks for making me feel so welcome! But, I believe I broke the farewell/well wishes post with my post regarding the WP roller coaster that I wanted off of! They accomplished that very quickly(within minutes), but at least I had already deleted all of my listings before signing off!
Debbie Hi Patti, Terry, Shelly, Fab! (and any other I missed). I still don't know who many of you are, but I suspect I will figure it out with time! LOL |

Nana... love the song... you rule!!
I am still laughing at Andrew's post. It's just so entertaining. My favorite part is that he was mad that nobody asked where Karen was... she could have gotten in an accident ya know!!! That would have been quite a feat considering imaginary friends can't drive!! Well, mine can but only on the driveway, really slow... I am just amazed at the lack of professionalism you show Ray. Have Andrew keep posting. He's a riot! Powerseller, you better sock up on tissues... if you cry because a Customer Service Rep that doesn't really exist leaves a lame auction site... you'll need more tissues when they close the doors. Make sure you pay your bill... they're waiting for your monthly money before they close!!! |

Welcome Back, DB!
You were missed. I was biting my nails, hoping that it all wouldn't come crashing down without you. We were among the first of the "traitors" to leave, so it's only fitting we get to see the fall of Ray's empire
I hate stupid people!

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
We are finally free to post some of the details of the dispute between FH, and WP. Some of you may remember the problem FH had with WP as to closing her store with WP. They said they would never let FH go without paying. TPG had a credit that was never going to be returned so I used it to get FH free from WP. If anyone else gets a billing that is unwarranted this is what we did to get freedom from WP. We filed a dispute with PayPal. The following are some of the PayPal posts.
From Buyer: E-Pet Products on 5/19/2007 02:52 PDT We have a credit with this company of $64.40. They refuse to apply $9.95 of this credit to an account that we had with them. We made a requested for that account to be closed before a new billing cycle. They waited until another billing was processed before closing the account. This is not uncommon for Wagglepop to do this type of thing. Then they send out nasty emails to try to get another cycle payment from their members. If necessary I can get other former members to verify that this is a common abusive practice of Wagglepop. I have told them they can keep the rest of the credit. All I am asking for is to get $9.95 of the $64.40 applied to that account. Anything you can do will be appreciated From Buyer: E-Pet Products on 5/19/2007 02:56 PDT The account in question was HMGifts the account with the credit was e_pet_products. I have all the emails and dated available. Other customers are willing to add to this dispute if necessary. From Seller: Wagglepop, LLC. on 5/19/2007 03:24 PDT This is an outright attempt at theft of our online services, and under no circumstances will be refund $39.95 under this request for services already rendered. 99.99% of our membership understand clearly our User Agreement, and this sort of attempt at non-payment, frankly, we find offensive and fraudulent. Here is the section about refunds in our AdSmart User Agreement: "In order to setup your Wagglepop AdSmart account, you must pre-fund your account a minimum of $10.00 via PayPal. There are strictly no refunds on Wagglepop AdSmart campaigns." Please note that it is clearly stated that there are STRICTLY NO REFUNDS within that text. Therefor, there is no credit for closed accounts. I can forward a hard copy of this agreement if necessary. We would ask that PayPal stop this customer harrassment immediately; we are longstanding PayPal customers with a steller performance record and near zero disputes over our past year of operation. This is an unwelcome, unnecessary, and fraudulent attempt at theft of our services, and we would ask at this time PayPal's protection in this matter; we will not under any circumstances issue a refund of any amount or form. Andrew Pittino Dir. of Business Development Wagglepop LLC From Buyer: E-Pet Products on 5/19/2007 08:11 PDT We are not asking for a refund of any kind. We are simply asking that a small portion of the credit we have with Wagglepop be used to clear an overcharged account. It is that simple. From Seller: Wagglepop, LLC. on 5/21/2007 07:07 PDT We have agreed to an amicable "in house" resolution to this matter as proposed by the customer and effective upon closing of this dispute by the customer. From Buyer: E-Pet Products on 5/21/2007 10:34 PDT Below is the entire agreement between Wagglepop and myself. This dispute is being closed with the attached agreement being put into place. XXXXXXXX XXX for Wagglepop customers HMGifts and e_pet_products Mr. XXXXXXX, I have posted the following as per your approved agreement with Karen Morrow in Customer Care to your open Paypal dispute: "We have agreed to an amicable "in house" resolution to this matter as proposed by the customer and effective upon closing of this dispute by the customer." Upon closure of this dispute, Karen will credit "HMGifts" to bring the balance on that account to zero, close the account, and end all further obligations. We will wait for confirmation of closure of the PayPal dispute, and then proceed as noted above before the end of business today, May 21, 2007. Andrew Pittino Dir. of Business Development Wagglepop LLC From PayPal: PayPal on 5/21/2007 10:38 PDT PayPal Note: Buyer confirmed that buyer and seller reached an amicable resolution on this Dispute and buyer closed the Dispute. Sorry for the long post

So that's where Andrew has been, settling paypal disputes.
Don't you think that Ray would have handled that himself and signed his name to those postings on paypal? |

[/quote] So much happened yesterday - but didn't someone ask? I think it was in the 'Has Anyone Noticed?" thread about Patty leaving? Someone asked why Karen hadn't responded to the thread and all the questions it held within it... I guess before she got to it, the thread was pulled and Andrew must not have taken the time to read it all?? |
