Does anybody have a clue what the Auto Floormat guy is doing on WP? He's been there since May 10 on a site nobody sees and has yet to make a sale with over 5200 overpriced items. [/quote] He has 9,251 overpriced items. :blinkie: |

Quote:He has 9,251 overpriced items. Yep, One seller, with over 10% of wp's total item count. Amazing ! I believe that he was thinking he could roll in there, figure out the bulk lister, be king of the hill, and the sales would come because he was the biggest kid on the block. Not so in the land of koolaid dreams.... |

187 Stores Found
752 Stores NOT found. Hey, AndRay, I am humbled and in awe of your presence. My shadow bows to your illustrious marketing credentials. You are truly a giant among midgets in the field of ecommerce, and with your supreme guidance and neverending leadership qualities WP will soon squash eBay like an ant under an elephant's thundering foot. I hear the patter of little feet, as your loyal followers softly gather under your comforting wing in rapt anticipation of your in-depth, insightful, detailed "analysis." Shame on me for presenting my following unofficial assessment based purely on short-sighted observation: Your ship is sinking. |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Quote:752 Stores NOT found. How many more "not founds" will it take before Ray finally realizes that his real competition isn't eBay, it's the much cheaper iOffer (1.9 million listings), Bidville (1 million listings), Ecrater (650K listings), and eBid (560K listings, 6900 stores)? Ray needs to adjust his pricing if he wants to survive because WP isn't cheap compared to the alternatives (which have a lot more traffic than WP). EDIT for Poppers who think eBay is worried about WP: eBay doesn't even know WP exists. eBay is worried about Amazon Marketplace/Seller Central (very aggressive recently in luring eBay's top $ sellers), seller's own websites, and classifieds (translation: Craigslist and to some extent Google Base). EDIT Again: add Etsy here too to the list of sites eBay is worried about--niche sites like Etsy and StubHub (now eBay owned) have shown that eBay can be beat category-by-category. EDIT Yet Again: large well financed failed competitors (imitators) like Yahoo Auctions, Amazon Auctions, BidBay, Carnaby, Overstock Auctions, and Bidville have proven that eBay can't be beaten by clones--WP is a clone. |

I'll bet Bill and Meg are really shaking in their diamond-studded Gucci boots, now. |

Only 185 stores today....
Well, at least they have overpriced car mats to "pad" the listing count... It is sad when it only takes about 200 items to make it to page 3!! Maybe Ray is giving him a free store so he can have new floor mats for his new Cougar.... |

Floor mat received feedback from a buyer (translation: another seller) today but there's no link to the auction and the feedback says "quick payment"...
