And the WP elevator goes one way -- DOWN!
148 stores Edit: From looking at the charts, it appears as if iOffer may be getting Bidville's refugees not WP. Interesting to note that iOffer's model is almost diametrically opposed to WP's -- no store fees, no listing fees, only FVF's. |

Quote:From looking at the charts, it appears as if iOffer may be getting Bidville's refugees not WP. iOffer, Ecrater, and BuyItSellIt seem to be the 3 main beneficiaries of BV's closing. I don't think many sellers will pay $29.95 for WP's 47K monthly visitors when they can get a free store on iOffer (619K visitors). |

144 Stores
How "wildly disparate" from the 939 stores in October 2006. |

250 Stores at $10 a month: $2500
144 Stores at $30 a month: $4320 $1820 Raise in one month. Very few people nearly double their income in a month. Not a bad month for an amateur scammer.
"Listen up Mother****er. Try that bulls*** here and I will hand you and your head in a basket"

144 Stores How "wildly disparate" from the 939 stores in October 2006. [/quote] The tally is closer to 110 stores as seen in early January 2008. Not too wildly disparate with this comparison. On one hand I am surprised at the number of 'founding members' that have left recently. On the other, I don't blame them for calling it quits. The June bloodbath, as Sneaky likes to call it, will be brutal. I predict any store with inventory valued under $100.00 will bail or become a non-paying miscreant in the purge. The home page of WP was changed today to reflect the new pricing. This change though will most likely be a shock to those who signed up within the last week to 10 days. I say this because I bet most of them weren't aware it was coming. I suspect Boinktard will have his drop shipping stores up and running by the time the accounts pass the due date. I think a few of them, the drop shipper stores, have already been registered and are waiting in the wings. I've logged 3 new but empty stores that would fit the bill. Add another $390 based on the current subscribers. Ca-ching!!

Quote:Looks like Plunderhere is benefiting as well. No, they just have glitches that create 4,899 duplicate listings when someone lists one item. ;D http://community.tuliptools.com/index.ph...l#msg70490 Their listing count was dropping until the glitches arrived to inflate it this weekend. EDIT: I think Plunderhere's unsecure registration page (i.e. the site doesn't have an SSL certificate) with the broken images will scare off most Bidville users. |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Hi Lurkers!
I think most of you are waiting for me to announce store stats; who's left, who's leaving, who's waffling, who's about to delist or is in the process of doing so. Bet your bootie I have the info but I'm not going to post it here. Nope, ain't gonna happen. I respect the righteous - not the blinded. Speaking of which: I see a Hollywood blockbuster in the making. Based on true events. Berning's Bargains will be tooted as the most fervent popper ever to have existed. When she eventually sheds her earthly coil, her tombstone will be engraved with "List, List, List", just above the line stating she was declared by WP as a non-payer due to expiry.
The one thing you can never afford to lose is your temper.
