My advice in this case (since that seller seems to change his mind about what he wants to sell every other week): take some time off from selling, decide what you want to sell, write a business plan...and try sticking to it for more than 1 week.

Actually, it dropped to 124 and then came the addition of the store "faeriesden", the description of which is simply a quote about fairies by Carla Vredeling. The store has 6 items, none of which have anything whatsoever to do with fairies.

We constantly use our research accounts on other sites (and many times multiple accounts) for small purchases or sales, to better understand the purchase flow, the invoicing systems, response times, and unique features.

We set things up for both buying and selling, and many of the features we have implemented came directly from that research, and is ongoing constantly as we try to improve the site in the ways membership requests.

When someone says "I do this on there", we often go "there" and try it for ourselves.

There's nothing like going through the actual process to understand it.

Without those R&D accounts, we'd be lost

It amazes me that 2 stores upgraded to Showcase in the last 24 hours. What on earth would make anyone consider paying $70 a month for a site with less than 400 monthly visitors per seller? That's .17 per visitor, when many other marketplaces could give real sales at a lower rate per visitor. $10 was enough to scam a fair number of sellers, but $70??? I am just in total confusion about the brainwashed sellers at WP. Maybe it will drop below 50 after the bloodbath this month, and I will feel a little better about online scam auction site owners.
