4. Delinquent Accounts Amnesty

We will be offering a short term amnesty program for all delinquent accounts not yet referred for collection.

Translation: There are so many accounts that have gone delinquent since we raised the fees 300% that if we kicked them all off, we'd only have a piss-poor number of stores left. Since it's all about looks, not performance, we're allowing these deadbeats to pad our store count an extra 60 days while we're getting our "marketshare" partners set up, lest they see our stores dwindle to next to nothing, get scared and head for the hills. After we've gotten our marketshare up and running, we'll kick the deadbeats off.

Correspondingly, we will be asking Leadership Council members for direct input as membership representatives on an ongoing basis and as appropriate ask that they function as independent "real world" liasons between potential members or media and Wagglepop.

Translation: We have a few "star" Koolaid-drugged  Poppers who've volunteered to engage in a spamathon on our behalf and report back on what they're doing and how well it's working. 

Included for completion peripherally is migration of the new display set to Stores, updating of sitewide screenshots, elimination of the Bold listing upgrade, and bolder individual category browse headers.

Tranlsation: We're elminating some of the most basic features included in the "store subscription," but we're burying that announcement in a bunch of nebulous  doubletalk that you don't understand and is intentionally created to confuse you -- confused people don't understand enough to ask questions, and that's the way we like it.

New sellers who wish to join the Wagglepop Marketplace will have more precise and stringent requirements and "good faith" actions that need to be met to do so

Translation: New sellers will have to come up with 6 months' store subsription fees up front to join. Ca-ching.

With a considerable amount of time and money invested into creating and running Wagglepop, we are in a unique position to possibly leverage that into new selling opportunities - possibly new sites! . . . Wagglepop really works, and although there are many things that we cannot do due to the participation numbers, there are other things which exist as mostly funded, completed, and reproduceable in terms of background code needs

Translation: Since WP is worthless, nobody would buy it. So, instead, we're working on a plan for sellers to lease or buy clones (no extra work on our part) of our crappy format for ridiculous amounts of money to set up their own stores or malls. That way these suckers can go into the dumper on their own, just like WP has, and we profit from it. Ca-ching.

Same Popper has been on eBay since '03, with only 13 FBs, all of which were as buyer except for one sale back in Dec. '06. No listings. Recently purchased a "paid to click" website.

SHOWCASE STORE *** 48 Feedbacks buying other Poppers' wares *** Evidence of total sales since registering in February = $12.09. I guess when you're spending $79/mo for the privilege of buying items from other site sellers, it's more important to find a "home" than make money.
