Yes, I noticed WP's been down all morning, at least since I got up and that was around 5 a.m. Funny how storms seem to mysteriously gather directly over Ray's house.

Yes, and notice NO PEEP WHATSOEVER from AndRay or any other of Ray's alter-egos as to what occurred. No apologies. No "thanks for your patience." Nada. And what's even funnier is that nobody seemed to notice -- at least there was no mention on the boards of the day-long outtage -- OF course, that's assuming that such a comment would have passed through the board police in the first place.

I saw that too, early this morning. At that time there were no responses to PS. Since, she has received "suggestions" from two Poppers -- notice none of the "features or characteristics" have flap-doddle to do with BUYER SATISFACTION.

Low and behold, two months later I get a bill.

I send them an email stating I signed up for the FREE FOR ONE YEAR account and that I have now cancelled the store but do not owe for the month because it was supposed to be free.

Now, I get a delinquent threatening email. I send them another email stating that it was advertised as free for one year.

This is their reply:

Registered Mail is strongly recommended.Please include the following Case Number on all documentation:NPS-CC022209ref0065e

A collection fee of $75.00 will be added to your balance with a penalty of $30.00 per month for every unpaid month up to a maximum of $375.00. Grossly delinquent account balances will be reported to the major credit bureaus for inclusion on your credit report as delinquent.

Under no circumstances do we allow members to not pay their bill.

Needless to say, they don't scare me much and I really could care less about the threats at turning me in to the credit bureaus.

But, I think they are crazy over there and anyone who uses them should be very very careful.

Also, the FREE for one year is obviously NOT.

Ray's logic for threatening her with collections: she failed to meet the requirements for the free store offer because she never satisfied the 10 active item minimum requirement (she never listed any items) therefore she is ineligible for a freebie and owes $29.95 monthly.
