From that WP thread on PSU: Quote:This whole thread reminds me of bidbay and the mad cow forums ! The only thing missing is GT and his SLAPP suit happy lawyers :blinkie:
Bidbay lives on in the courts. Tannous' partner Wes Cooley claimed in court in January that he can't remember the last 15 years of his life. http://www.breakinglegalnews.com/entry/E...ax-charges |

from PSU 2/22: Quote: Post subject: Wagglepop threatening to sue over account that was supposed to be free http://www.powersellersunite.com/post-241508.html
The sad thing is that the OP doesn't realize that these are just idle threats. Legal department?? Can you image WP's legal department? A hamster dressed up with a little bow tie... Oh puh-lease! How many of us got threatened to be sued, taken to court, threatened with collection or just harassed by this asshole?? I find it interesting that another poster on that PSU thread recommended getting a lawyer... I guess they don't realize that these are just BS threats. I do agree with the OP (who made another post farther down the line)... that with the way WP is tanking, you would think that they would try to hold on to their customers. I mean, I know she was leaving from lack of sales anyway but instead of just letting her go peacefully, they have to cause trouble... again. It seems to me that WP is just making the same mistakes over and over again and expecting a different result... insane!! Sooooooo glad I got out of there back in 2006... |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
The seller in that thread has received the typical WP kool aid wisdom.
Post links in the forum. Add keywords so you can be indexed in Google in several weeks or more (my sites took about a week when first registered.) Overuse keywords to get in trouble with Google. Last, always use a gallery image for those 8 whole listings so a buyer can find it attractive!
"Listen up Mother****er. Try that bulls*** here and I will hand you and your head in a basket"
- Ray Romeo's alter ego Andrew Pittino responding when I signed up a new account on Wagglepop to verify the non-existence of a way to opt out of his sharing my information with third parties. |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
From our favorite Popper regarding her guru du jour. Oh, how she loves lying, cheating boinktards:
"Oh my. The owner of Atomic Mall pulled off a great April Fool's Day prank! He added 28 million in front of the site's listing count on the page that PSU pulls the numbers from for their chart, so everyone who saw the PSU chart that day saw that Atomic Mall was showing a higher listing count than FeeBay. LOL ... some people who apparently have NO funny bone whatsoever really got their knickers in a bunch over it." Yes, there is much to laugh about when it comes to WP and Atomic Mall. |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Well, that's the only way they'll ever make it to the top 10 is if they cheat. It's just sad at how pathetic they are. They're like prostitutes that will do anything for attention whether good or bad.
Sad thing is they pay him 5% and then still have to work their az off. Bunch of cheap prostitutes for sure...heck, they even have to pay for the priviledge....LOL Plus, if AM, WP and such are doing so great, why is she listing at half a dozen places? That just means her inventory is moving so slow she can keep track of it. I can barely keep track at 2 places let alone 5 ro 6. |

Is the ability to list at half a dozen places slow moving inventory or the convenience of drop ship? Or maybe a combination of physical inventory, drop ship and slow sales? Oh. Wait. Slow sales makes no sense. There's a post @ PSU where she posted that she had to cut back on a WP subscription because she was having too many sales and couldn't keep up with shipping. That eliminates the convenience of drop ship as part of an explanation. Yup. I guess you're right. Slow sales. |
