Even more amazing to me is that eBay's *fix* is that the store owner should down grade to a featured store.  :o

Maybe this is why they suggested he downgrade:

I have heard that this is not new and actually goes back to April.

Problems that linger for months, years without being fixed are the reason I'm very critical of the person who is in charge of Stores (and consider him incompetent ).

Did I mention I find it rather amusing (NOT) that when someone from eBay finally did respond to this TECHNICAL ISSUE the person who responded (Darlene) was from the MARKETING department  :

ps. Downgrading to featured won't help him. Featured is broken too :
