Leading Internet Company CEO Complains About PayPal's Poor Customer Service
The CEO of Jupitermedia (owner of Internet.com, Graphics.com, and a network of leading content sites) has a few choice words about PayPal's poor customer service on his blog:
Quote:PayPal's problem is simple. One never gets the same customer service representative twice. Therefore, you have to explain the situation from scratch every time you talk to a rep.
