How would I download the template to my own editor? GoLive probably.

Does anyone know anything about WordPress? It is installed. I even managed to install a new template. 

But, I have no idea where to start to configure it or how to get the new template to show up or well, anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I just installed wordpress this weekend on my site;

now everything is controlled in the admin panel.

it takes a little poking around at first but everything is in there.
