Messed up fonts
I used the WYSIWYG editor on my Shipping/Returns page. I used exactly the same size, style, etc. fonts for the words "shipping" and "return policy."
But in IE they do not look the same. To make matters more confusing, I asked Nicole to look at it and for her they look the same in IE but very different in Firefox. Here is the page: http://www.anydecadecollectibles.com/shi...91cb4d1b8d Any ideas? |

Re: Messed up fonts
I'm using FireFox and they look like 2 different fonts to me too.
I don't know why that happens. I have it going on on my pages too. |

Hold on Cranky---you need Regic or bbh, I think. I think it's probably a file that needs to be modified. :blinkie:

Hold on Cranky---you need Regic or bbh, I think. I think it's probably a file that needs to be modified. :blinkie:
All of the fonts for most parts of the site can be changed in the /templates/[your template]/stylesheet.css file. WYSIWYG editors (especially the free HTML Area/TinyMCE/FCK editors) tend to suck and have a tendency to mess things up. If you want to use a different WYSIWYG editor to change the privacy/shipping/returns pages the files for those pages are in /includes/languages/english/

As long as I know it's not just me, I'm kewl. ;D Actually, I changed the font one more time and it SEEMS to be better. D*mn, I hope so because I really don't want to tinker with it right now. Maybe later. |

The fonts look the same now in IE7 and Firefox 2.
Hallelujah! I don't have to tinker. Edited to add: For anyone else with font problems, it was the Times New Roman font that finally worked. |
