I was looking up a subjct in the closed items section last night, knowing there were at least 3 that closed within the last 30 days, and only mine showed up. The other two did NOT. So, the missing items syndrome extends even to the ended items.

Have you looked at medved lately? There's been weird spikes over the last several weeks/months, then weird drops within a couple of hours. Right now, the listing number is climbing climbing climbing. They're manipulating somehow what's showing up and not showing up. I'd bet everything I have that it's not NEW listings, but just held-back-disappeared listings now coming forth.

Rambling some more: On the suspicious side of this, a *rise* in listings can allow Meg and Bill to say that their raise-the-fees plan worked. > Sad

On the store board, several people seem to have figured out what's causing this. They've given eBay.uk a free listing day, and they're pumping the US site with all the European listings.
