If a person were to have a lapse in judgment... PayPal should be the ONE company that they do NOT give that sort of info to... under ANY circumstances!!!

Another aspect is the hypocrisy of ebay...

After all, they BANNED sites that ask you for you EBAY passwords, didn't they?  (regarding sniping services, et al)

And they want your BANK ACCOUNT passwords??????

I can't remember a time when ebay/PayPal has used so many different schemes for getting/retaining business.
