The docket is an old one, and I couldn't find any evidence that the proposed rule had actually passed.  But, here's the actual docket

Like I said, I'm not real knowledgeable on the sea-bound implications, but last I checked nobody crashed a cruise ship into a major financial center  :blinkie:

I'm with you on on the Alaska cruise thingy.  Hubby and I are planning a trip through the inner passages, and I really didn't want the bill to get higher than it started at
