The researchers found that hundreds of people gamed the eBay feedback system by conducting low-value transactions. Morgan and Brown determined that people would sell low-resolution images of Bigfoot, electronic books on how to improve your reputation on eBay, and even jokes. The feedback buyers often sell these digital items -- which cost nothing to deliver -- for 1 cent...
