Well isn't this special. Smile  Message when you click on their boards or try to login:

Bye Bye AuctionCities/Bidway/AuctionDiner/BidBay: Domain Expires, Site Offline
AuctionCities (AUCC, pink sheets) Q1 2007 and Q2 2007 quarterly reports:
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quo...getFilings

The Q2 report was issued on 7/12 but there's no mention of anything related to the status of the auction site.

Not the end of the line.  They renewed the domain last night and the site is back online.

Re: Bye Bye AuctionCities/Bidway/AuctionDiner/BidBay?
Auctioncities ticker symbol has changed from AUCC to AUCM and the stock has been dropped from trading on the Pink Sheets.  The stock is now trading on the grey market (see grey market definition near the bottom of the page at http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/otcguide/..._tiers.jsp)

The company's address and chief executive officer have also changed:
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quo...ompanyInfo

The company did a 1 for 1000 reverse stock split on 12/11/07
