eBaY, Amazon, and Overstock have such incredible fees and the markets seem to be so flooded that it is difficult for the small seller.
For my business of making jewelry I have found that some sites will give you a discount if you buy directly off of their website rather that through eBay, because they don't have to pay selling fees. The new Google Checkout is also supposed to save sellers on checkout fees. For buying beading materials I like: www.silverrosebeads.com because they give you a discount for buying off their site. We need a better way to advertise us small businesses to stay competitive. |
