Lawsuits Fly Over Ebay Real Estate Deal Gone Bad

Another lawsuit has been issued over the eBay properties sold by Nova Scotia Land Sales and developers Carmen and Kevin Blinn.

Recently the Blinn’s pursued legal action against Shelburne writer Timothy Gillespie and real estate agent Joyce Case-Harlow for defamation of character and interference in contractual matters.

They were served with the lawsuit Wednesday and now have 20 days to file their defense.

Both Gillespie and Case-Harlow claim the Port Clyde eBay listing to be a gross misrepresentation of the truth of the actual properties, land that Case-Harlow referred to as “swamp.” ...
