Quote:Backstabbing Former Owners' Stealth Site 1,667 Um, just want to make sure that I'm clear on this ....... Mo is the "backstabbing former owner", right? And isn't her new partner (at the stealth site--not Mark at Palgold) the owner of the server that's forcing PlunderHere to move? Great thread title, btw. |

Re: PlunderHere and AlsoShop: A Web of Privacy Violations, Backstabbing, and Deceit
What would an eBay alternative auction site be without a forum? (the answer to that is easy: Nothing. It wouldn't exist because virtually all recruitment/advertising for eBay alternatives is done on forums, and community rather than sales is the main selling point of many sites. ).
AlsoShop launched their forum today (using vBulletin software) at http://www.alsoshop.com/community/ (thanks to the person who sent me the link). You might notice a few similarities to PlunderHere's boards: PH has a natural disasters board and so does AS PH has a moderator with a tag line of "Global Guardian of the..." and so does AH The welcome thread...I'm taking bets on how long it will take for "admin" to give herself away. http://www.alsoshop.com/community/showthread.php?t=1
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"
"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site. best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011 |

Re: PlunderHere and AlsoShop: A Web of Privacy Violations, Backstabbing, and Dec
Wow, there is so much conniving, lying, backstabbing, and deceit occurring, it's mind boggling.....I really, really hope that all those involved end up in legal trouble---scamming boinktards!
Screwing the average seller, who is just trying to make some money, is pathetic and disgusting! |

Let's see by my calculations (based on factual, personal knowledge), we also have: Their Own Website - 22 eCrater - 9 eBay - 7 PH - 6 AlsoShop - 2 Amazon - 1 Biblio - 1 Etsy - 1 OldnSold - 1 CafePress - 1 WP - 1 (not sure if he's still there or not) So, your point was?
Never argue with an idiot they drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

Quote:Two = A Few? happy001 happy001 happy001 happy001 happy001 happy001 Well, I am hardly familiar with all of your 52 members. But, for your edification: Quote:"The Collaborative International Dictionary of English v.0.48" Quote:Let's see by my calculations (based on factual, personal knowledge), we also have: Um, you left out your members who sell on PlunderHere. Ah, I see. You abbreviated Plunderhere. 6 members who sell on Plunderhere. No wonder Mo and Mark felt so welcome at TCH. Quote:So, your point was? Uh, I should think it would be obvious. : I was simply making an observation that I noticed a few of TCH's members on AlsoShop.com, And your point is? Edit to add: "Stupidity is its own punishment." You left out the apostrophe in "it's". Just trying to be helpful. |

Quote:You might notice a few similarities to PlunderHere's boards: Thank god one of the similarities isn't the fucking misspelling of testimonials! Hey PH, a clue train moment provided by Google: Results 1 - 10 of about 124,000,000 for Testimonials Results 1 - 10 of about 136,000 for Testamonials
