Quote:I'm looking on the dropdown list of conditions on the listing form at Fillz and I can't find "good used readable". Here's a conversion rate boosting tip for rinky dink book and media sellers: try using the same grading systems that the rest of the world uses...and, um, skip the mention of odors because it immediately makes me think the seller is selling gently used very, very, very well worn books and storing them in a box in a damp basement...especially when the word "readable" is included in the same sentence. Or maybe they could just say screw selling listing on the rinky dink sites and list sell on any of the Fillz partner sites that I list actually sell on with 14x-876x the traffic of a rinky dink like aSs. Re: PlunderHere and AlsoShop: A Web of Privacy Violations, Backstabbing, and Deceit
All anyone needs to know about Alsoshop, and not one statement can be called false:
1. Alsoshop is a fake company. There is no legal business registration in any state, as Alsoshop LLC or as BinaryWebs Developments LLC. 2. The real owner also hosts illegal file sharing site torrentscript.com http://www.probidscripts.com/community/s....php?t=356 on the same server with Alsoshop and other auction sites like Plunderhere, and sells the same illegal file sharing program found at torrentscript.com from another site hosted on the server, probidscripts.com. 3. The owner has a long history of falsifying statistics on auction sites with a modification called "sheep factor" in which new members may be led to believe a site has a larger presence than it actually has online. http://www.probidscripts.com/community/s....php?t=502. They are completely fake from the first page. At this moment the stat cheater is in use. How can a site with only 6000 monthly visitors (200 per day) have 80 of them (40%) online all day? From the stats page: Online Data is removed every 30 Minutes - Counters are real-time This is boinktard math to say that there have been 80 pages viewed in 30 minutes (including bots) not 80 people online right now. Now, who would give Alsoshop.com any personal information? A rinky dink addict. That's all they have is a bunch of closet cleaner sellers and a couple listing padding accounts. Past that, they don't have 5000 items listed for sale and never more than about 5 folks online at once.

Another question: why do 3 small towns in Germany account for 18% of the site's unique visitors? 1,224 combined uniques from Karlsruhe, Inzlingen, and Pforzheim but only 199 combined uniques from LA, NY, Chicago and Houston? http://www.quantcast.com/alsoshop.com/geo/cities edit: Inzlingen accounted for 467 unique visitors to ASs last month according to Quantcast --that's 7% of the site's traffic. The region has a population of only 2,487 according to Wikipedia. |

Quote:Another question: why do 3 small towns in Germany account for 18% of the site's unique visitors? 1,224 combined uniques from Karlsruhe, Inzlingen, and Pforzheim but only 199 combined uniques from LA, NY, Chicago and Houston? Knowing Mo's firm belief in traffic exchanges as a great marketing tool, I'd say it's either that or some obscure search engine she submitted to in her detailed "marketing" strategy. Rebuttal from Ripoffreport.com: Quote:As of this writing, 941 other members have used AlsoShop.com for selling and buying, without this issue and without having to be reported as a scammer. That's because the site with only 941 customers in 2 years has proven it's reputation as a fraudulent business entity thoroughly prior to this report. Quote:Futhermore, AlsoShop is not 100% free, nor do we state it is, we do state it is free to list, all sellers must be verifed via paypal and there are enhancement, upgrades, and sales commission fees.Ok, this rinky dink "free-ness" is really getting old. It's either free, or it's not. I get better exposure at every marketplace I sell on because of my reputations there. I don't pay to list them at any higher exposure point. If it is free to list, that means there are zero fees, zero fees to register, verify, upgrade, insert, or any other possible nickle and dime scheme to get fees up front. When a tiny basement managed auction site (I get tired of typing rinky dink ) charges any fee for any service up front, it stops being free to list.

Has a certain boinktard fisherman been borrowing other company's names without their knowledge and listing them on his WHOIS records?
http://who.is/domain_archive-com/torrentscript.com/ The older torrentscript.com WHOIS lists "DSE, Inc" as the registrant and lists the same Palm Harbor mailing center address and phone number as the BWD LLC on the 2nd WHOIS. Reality check time.... DSE, Inc is a legitimate manufacturing company and defense contractor with 140 employees. They have an office in Tampa and 3 factories. In 2005 they were awarded a $74 million contract by the army. http://www.manta.com/coms2/dnbcompany_690f6z http://www.google.com/search?q=dse%2C%20...20contract&sourceid=groowe&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 Q. What are the odds that a large company like them would share a rent a mailbox with BWD LLC and the fisherman's 100 other fictitious LLC names? A. there's no chance in hell they would be sharing a rent a mail box with the fisherman and they're probably totally unaware that their name was used, especially since.... ...the WHOIS records for DSE's domains have always listed their real Tampa office address and real phone number which is also listed on their website and on the Florida Secretary of State's corporate records. http://who.is/whois/balimoy.com/ http://who.is/domain_archive-net/dse.net/ http://sunbiz.org/scripts/cordet.exe?action=DETFIL&inq_doc_number=V46454&inq_came_from=NAMFWD&cor_web_names_seq_number=0001&names_name_ind=N&names_cor_number=&names_name_seq=&names_name_ind=&names_comp_name=DSE&names_filing_type=

Sneaky, your last post was inappropriate and I'm giving you a yellow card. Suggesting that someone falsifies their WHOIS data is a very strong accusation. When the fisherman owned Auctionquests he NEVER provided inaccurate WHOIS data.
