The entire idea of "treating" "disease" rather than fostering health is totally wrong-headed.

In the meantime the drug corporations are supressing herbal remedies as hard as they can.

And the damage done by medical/insurance bills to the wallets and thereby mental health of the public is huge.

And this is why we are so screwed. The whole SICKO movie is about people truly suffering from our awful system. (I will not soon forget the faces of the three volunteer 911 rescue workers when the medical personel in the shiny Havana hospital (think Walter Reed)-CARED and TOOK CARE of them.
