I'll take that as a no.

Sure seems to be some real unhappy campers over this that's for sure.
I'm among them as well. But have come to exspect this kind of BS from feebay.
I state in my payment verification e mails to all below.
We will send an e mail to you once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.
(Usually with-in 10 days but never more than 14)...
Why at every turn do I get the feeling ebay really don't want any medium to small sellers anymore.
Of course I'm seeing a lot of BIG time sellers coming forward as well with their comments on this.

I've had first class mail that was mailed from less than 2 miles away take 10 days to reach me (and I've received airmail from London that only took 2 days). There is no way to predict how long it will take a package to arrive at its destination...

I mailed a bunch of packages 1st class on 11/25. Most arrived on 11/28. One arrived on 12/5.

Because that has been their goal for several years now, its documented back in 2002:
EBay Chief Financial Officer Rajiv Dutta said the price increase was intended partly to ``reduce clutter'' from what he termed ``marginal sellers.''
