The picture thread had a couple funny ones too: A defensive Popper: Quote:Karen IS NOT a computer! And a Popper maybe starting to see some of the smoke & mirrors? (Doubt it, but one can hope!) Quote:Well Karen seems to human to be a computer, but it is a bit eerie that she never seems to sleep, pee or take a day off... I think it's funny that these Poppers really believe that Ray has a dedicated "employee" that works 24/7. Gimme a break. Wish I'd had employees like that when I still had my B&M, lol.
Now, now people let's think about this for a minute. Is the Karen that we have all come to know the same Karen that we know from before the Grand opening of 3/1/07? My answer is no it is not. Is Ray still Karen? Yes but only part-time now. So now who is the Karen who was posting over the past few day's? Well I won't name names but we all know of a person who has posted in this thread many times that has the tendency to like to get the last word in. Does this new CC1 poster have the power of delete? I don't know for sure but if Ray was at the keyboard that thread would have been gone faster then a speeding bullet. let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." |

Did you see where the one popper said Karen couldn't post her picture because she would be recognized on the street and get mobbed by people falling down at her feet worshipping her?
Did you see the picture Karen posted? ~Patti~ |

A few senior members have thrown in the towel. Stores closed in my absence:
A Beautiful Secret - 663 items, closed Hi Patti The Eclectic Cat - 375 items, closed Eclectic Sports & Fashion - 283 items, closed The T-Shirt Shack - 204 items, closed SatCo Express - 13 items, empty but not closed; a ghost store IMHO and today: Richland Creek Auctions - 223 items, closed Edited to add: stay tuned for possibly 3 more before the day is out.

Did you see where the one popper said Karen couldn't post her picture because she would be recognized on the street and get mobbed by people falling down at her feet worshipping her?
Too funny - I had to go back and read it for myself.
Now, now people let's think about this for a minute.
I don't know about who it is, but I think you and the others that have suggested this are onto something. Not the same. OTOH, even Ray must be getting nervous at this point and continuing to be overly heavy-handed isn't going to help him.

A couple of those were pretty big supporters at one time.
