The latest projections are leaning towards 5-6 inches of Rain with a flood watch in effect now. I wonder what would happen at WP if Ray lost power over the weekend. I am told we haven't seen a storm this bad in about 20 years and the winds will approach huricane strength. let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.."
Yuck - I'd rather take the rain than what we're going to get. I'm near Rochester and they're predicting a SNOW storm with significant accumulation possible. UGH - I am SO sick of snow and cold!!! I don't have a generator but my bf does so if we lose power, he may have a few houseguests lol!

Update time: As soon as all of the servers get updated (hopefully by this afternoon), my website will now be hosted by TulipHosting. I already have ZenCart uploaded, and ready to install. If all goes well, it will be a busy weekend of C&P to my very own site !! Yippee !!
Do you want us to install Zen for you (for free)? The version we install has an additional 25 mods (added features). List of added features here: http://community.tuliptools.com/index.ph...l#msg44395.

Quote:Dear bondage_bear_the_wonder_avatar, The item sold for $200. :blinkie: :blinkie: :blinkie: Now who wants to break it to the winner that Ray can file a UDRP dispute against the winner and legally get those 6 domains for free (without any compensation paid to the winner) since WP has filed for a trademark? EDIT: update on WP's trademark application. It was published for opposition on March 27 so it will soon be a registered trademark (unless someone opposes the application by April 26 which is unlikely)

Wonder what idiot would actually want those domains to begin with? You'd have to be delusional to think they'd actually be worth something. Unless the person is thinking when WP folds a second time that the value may increase. Either way, sounds like they're screwed once Rayboy's trademark goes through.

I did. Regardless of how dilusional this winner may be, he doesn't deserve to lose $200. He is a very new buyer, and I'm sure has no clue what he's just done or what the consequences might be. ??? :o |

Wow. The store count is back up at 280.
I am a little surprised. Is it more ghost stores or actual stores? ~Patti~ |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Stores gone/empty since Apr 12th:
Farvel Cargo - 67 items at the time they started pulling them, empty but not closed Central Wholsesale - 55 items, empty AGAIN but not closed Delores Mae Boutique - 50 items at the time they started pulling them, closed Big Daddy's Bargains - 14 items, closed New Stores in the last week: Conquest Automotive - IMHO a ghost store. Registered August 22/06. 1 item listed with numerous references to their eBay store which includes 451 items currently. Link was deactivated but store is there. Personal website with same item as on WP. YaYa's Altar - IMHO a ghost store. Fits the profile. monsterxm - IMHO a ghost store. Fits the profile. Robertas Treasures & Gifts - looks legit; time will tell. The Cozmetic Factory - looks legit. DAWNS BOYS LOKI AND KOLBY - looks legit. mdenterprises501_net - new as of Apr 14th but no stock in it - yet. Primitivelyours - new as of Apr 10th but no stock Edited to add: Laurel's Books & More - 6 items, empty but not closed; back in hibernation mode.

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
I know the request to close has been sent to KaRay by Farvel Cargo - no answer - goodbye post on the boards.
I also noticed that the other photographer's store is open again. Is he selling or did he not manually end his listings?

Sorry about that if anyone assumed otherwise. OOPS forgot to address this part; as for the photographer, the latest items are all under new listings so they ended and were resubmitted but some I believe are different pictures.
