Hi ya, I want 1 2. Ahh, so I change it in my tulips panel. Now why didn't they say that. Ok, really quick here then. I'm looking at it now. The 2 MX 1 and MX 2 I change to the ns1.tuliphosting.com and ns2.tuliphosting.com. [/quote] leave the mx (mail) records at the default mx1 and mx2 |

YES!!! Thanks ever so much, regic! I knew it had to be something there but it was because it was locked that I couldn't get to it. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to touch that part. :blinkie:
Now, I guess I have to go back into TH and change back to the default of the ones that I changed huh? |

That's interesting. Maybe Regic did some of that when she set up my zen or something? What I told you is what I changed, and it seems to be working ok. Sorry if I dispensed bad info, Bric. And thanks Regic for clearing it up. I'm crawling back in my hole now....

OK, everybody, enough of this techie, acronym stuff!!
I know it's web sites for retarts, but I finally, officially, opened my eCrater store. I know it's not my own REAL web site, like everybody here is doing, but being cyber-challenged, it's the best I can do for now. I have less than 100 items right now, but at least I managed to figure how to set it up and put in Google check out and all that good stuff. Pretty good for someone who didn't even have a hand-held calculator in college. I really could use some criticism. Sugar-coating, not necessary. I can take it. And pity purchases are welcome. Here it is: http://designers-bargains.ecrater.com/ |

Hi ya, I want 1 2 and Designers Bargains. ~I want 1 2, that's ok. I have to learn just like everyone else. Next time, I'll be able to tell someone,
Designers Bargains, sugar coating aside, it looks great!!! Very well done. It's layed out nicely, easy on the eyes, navigates easy and your prices are very good too. I wish you lots of green stuff! |

DB,
It looks awesome. Very nicely done. Bric I screwed up that part too, LOL. What's worse is I had my domain registered with TT. I changed the wrong fields. TT admin got me back on track though, more than once. |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Thanks, everybody. Any comments, criticisms, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is the first time at really dipping my toe into something substantive outside of eBay, where I've been for nine years (WP doesn't count ), so I'm kind of treading in unknown territory.
Any suggestions anybody can make on Google AdWords? Oh, and Ray, |

Quote:Any suggestions anybody can make on Google AdWords? My suggestions: 1. skip the AdWords for now and instead invest the money in a domain name and business cards. Forward the domain to your Ecrater store, stick it on your eBay invoices, in your signature on all emails sent to buyers, on your forehead, etc. 2. add your store's RSS feed to the member mall here (all you need to do is say include my store and we'll add it)
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"
"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site. best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011 |
